Your consultation starts with an experienced loan officer, where you'll discuss your financial goals and current homeownership status. This conversation allows us to uncover the right path and recommend the best loan option for you.

Step 2: Application

Our user-friendly online application makes it easy to submit your loan request. Complete the application at your own pace and convenience.

Step 3: Gather Documents

Once you've submitted your application, your experienced loan officer will guide you through gathering the necessary documents, such as pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements.

Step 4: Appraisal

We'll schedule an appraisal to determine the property's fair market value you wish to purchase or refinance.

Step 5: Upfront Underwriting

Underwriters will review your application and documents to determine your mortgage eligibility. Our upfront underwriting process gives you greater certainty earlier in the mortgage process.

Step 6: Approved With Conditions

If there are outstanding requirements for your loan approval,

your loan officer will work with you to fulfill them.

Step 7: 7-Day Processing

Once your loan is fully underwritten and approved, we’ll work diligently to process it within seven business days, keeping you informed through each step in the process.

Step 8: Final Underwriting

After conditions are met, your loan will undergo final underwriting to ensure everything is ready for closing.

Step 9: Closing

You’re at the finish line!

Closing is where you’ll sign the loan document and officially become the owner of your new property or refinance your existing mortgage!
